Cute Cozy Clean Canal home 50 min from Sarasota

Our house is the perfect place to relax! It’s a great space to read, play games or watch a movie. It has a nice Florida room that overlooks a fresh water canal. If you love Sarasota but want to be a little further away from so much traffic then this is your place! Depending on traffic, we are about 50 minutes to Sarasota. Port Charlotte is a sweet town and our house is in a quiet neighborhood but only a few short miles to Route 41 with lots of restaurant choices, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping etc. We are only 11 miles from the Punta Gorda airport, about 35 minutes to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island, 40 minutes to Venice Beach or Manasota Key where you can find shark teeth or only 55 min to the well known Siesta Key Beach!

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. We can accommodate 7 people in our house. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, skillet, blender and toaster for your use in addition to pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. You will have all you need to cook or bake! We have 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers. Enjoy sitting out on our patio that has a table and 4 adirondack chairs. Or take a chair down or sit on our bench at the canal and relax under our large shade tree. You will see lots of wildlife in our back yard that backs up to the canal. Get ready to see lots of unique birds, turtles and fish. We have fishing rods in our garage for you to use to try fishing in the canal!
