The Green Alcove on Main

Welcome to the Green Alcove on Main. This ranch type modern home is located centrally in New Holland PA with less than half acre of land. The fenced in back yard has a Pergalo filled with plants and flowers that’s perfect for relaxing in the summer months. In the winter months all the plants come inside. One of the reasons its named “the Green Alcove” is because my love for plants. I love creating a calm and peaceful environment with neutral colors, plants and light.
This 1,462 square foot home is perfect for a single lady or couples.
Just a quick drive to some local tourist attractions, as well as local Amish stores and major highways.
*10 min to Intercourse PA
*20 min to Strasburg (Sight &Sound Theater), Lancaster city, Ephrata,
*30 min to PA turnpike
*60 min from Philadelphia or Harrisburg International Airport.
The Red Rose transit Authority is a great public transportation to go to and from Lancaster City.

The house is located more on the outskirts of New Holland and is also very much surrounded by farmlands only a mile away. You can hear the traffic or the train at times but its generally not loud enough to be bothersome.

INDOOR SPACE
The KITCHEN IS A SHARED SPACE, there is one other tenant living in the basement. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. The spice cabinet is also available to use.
The dining room table seats 4.
The living-room has many plants that help create a peaceful and calm environment. It is one of my favorite spaces.
There is a small bedroom with a single bed, there is space to hang up clothes behind the brown door leading into the attic.(Please do not use the attic).
The master bedroom has room darkening curtains and is a queen size bed.

There in no washer and dryer to use for the guests.
The garage is off limits for the guests.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The Pergalo with chairs can be used for your enjoyment *weather permitting*
The backyard is also available to use, it has a fence surrounding it with a gate,
There is room for one car in the driveway.. Please park in the designated spot.
