Setup the Property
We will visit your property, recommend changes, photograph, and list your property. We like to manage your property through connected "smart" devices like, security cameras and door locks. We will connect & setup these devices for you.

Manage the bookings
We handle all correspondance from and to your guests. Our "Super Host" status is a testment to our high level of guest care and responsiveness. We will make sure your guest has everything they need for a comfortable & enjoyable stay.
Get Paid
We collect payment from your guest and Electronically deposit the funds (minus our 15% management fee) into your bank account. If any expenses were incurred (maintenance or repairs) we provide a detailed report showing income and expenses.
