2 BDRM, 2 BATH HOUSE, ACROSS FROM LAKE, ON FARM LAND IN WOODS, NEAR OAK RIDGE, CLINTON, POWELL, & KNOXVILLE- MONTHLY RENTAL

We prefer to rent by the month (1-3 months max, please) because we have so many guests who are working contracts in Oak Ridge, but will make exceptions. This is a 2 bdrm, 2 bath full furnished all inclusive home. We live on the same property next door, and we share a driveway. We have a rabbit farm and raise chickens, and have several vegetable gardens. Our homes are surrounded by woods on both sides and back, and the lake is across the road. You can walk down to the end of the street to the boat launch and picnic area. This home as a large partially covered deck. Our price includes electric, water, heat and air (with a limit of course). We are Christians. No smoking please (of any kind), alcohol or parties. We are in the middle of completely remodeling the house, so at this time, we can only provide an exterior picture. New photos will be added. There are two queen beds total. Because this is a farm, with lots of tools and equipment, and on an incline, it really isn’t suitable for small children.
