One or two bedrooms with unconnected bathroom (separate price per room)

Our lovely suburban home is occupied by a family of three. We have a guest room with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom accessible off the hallway. We also have an office with a full size futon bed. If booking both rooms, the bathroom would be shared by the guests occupying these rooms.

Within walking distance is a lovely park, a playground, and tennis/pickleball courts. We are conveniently located near I-35E with quick access to DFW Airport (16 miles), Dallas-Love Airport (26 miles), and the rest of the metroplex.

You are welcome to share our kitchen- we just ask that you clean and put away whatever you use. If you let us know ahead we will try to make some space in the fridge/freezer for you. While we do have a TV we do not pay for service, but we can set you up with a movie if you so desire- we will ask for noise to be low by 10pm so everyone can get a good night’s sleep. We have an unheated pool which may be available depending on the time of year you visit. We have an outdoor dog, a small flock of chickens, and several outdoor bunnies so cannot accommodate other animals at this time. We live on a culdesac with a narrow driveway, so street parking will be necessary for your vehicle. However, our neighborhood is very safe and we have never had a concern.

We are happy to provide a simple breakfast for $5/person if requested ahead.
