Bring your family to this newly-renovated 5 bedroom home in the quiet countryside. With an open floor plan, it’s easy to cook a meal in the fully furnished kitchen, watch a football game on the big screen and visit with the family. The finished out basement adds another fully furnished kitchen, table for 6-10 people, living room, 2 bedrooms and full bath. No pets allowed.
The space
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a king size bed and an attached bathroom.
Bedroom 2 & 3 have queen size beds and share a bathroom.
There is also a small half bath off the kitchen.
Bedroom 4 is the basement with a king size bed.
Bedroom 5 is in the basement with 2 double beds.
A full bathroom with tub and shower is in the basement.
The dining room table on main floor is a table with 6 chairs, but can be extended with table leaves that are stored under the table top and add 2 additional chairs that are provided.
Another extension table is in the basement that can seat 6–10 people.
There is a stacked washer/dryer set in the closet off the dining room.
A fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and cooking utensils. And another furnished kitchen is in the basement for your use as well.
There is an outside entrance to the basement, but also has an inside stairway.
This house is a perfect place where a couple families can be together yet each family can have their own space and privacy.
The main floor living room has 2 couches with recliners and a separate recliner.
The living room in the basement has a sectional couch with 3 recliners. Also a smart TV where the kids (or adults) can watch their favorite shows or movies.

Paint Creek State Park is approximately 15 minutes from the house. Rocky Fork Lake is 30 minutes. And in an hours drive, you can be in Dayton, Columbus, or Cincinnati.
