This house is perfect for two families or multiple couples. It has 2 bedrooms on either side of the house with 2 spacious bathrooms. A large living room with a sectional as well as hanging chairs, and an open concept living space allows everyone to hang out and still watch tv and play a game at the dining room table. There was a pool added in November of 2023.

Fully stocked kitchen, linens, toilet paper and basic toiletries are provided.

Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. Evidence of smoking carries a minimum of $250 charge, this includes but isn’t limited too: smell of smoke in the house, butts found anywhere on the property including the fire ring, butts found in the flower bed, etc.
We are committed to the comfort and well-being of our current and future guests. The No Smoking Policy at Sea la Vie includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobaccos, applicable leaves, bamboo pipes and waterpipe smoke etc.

As a registered guest you assume complete responsibilities for any guests the host is aware of OR friends that you permit on the property that are not on the RA and are therefore responsible for any clean up fees incurred by smoking or damages to the occupied property. Individuals who violate this policy are subject to a minimum of a $250 smoking fee.

No Alcohol on premises unless prior permission is given.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
Only use appliances for their intended uses
Pets are NOT allowed
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO WASH AND PUT AWAY ALL BEACH TOWELS THAT YOU USE.
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle.
PRIVATE: The garage is not for renter use and should not be opened.
Laundry room: The laundry room is for your use. Please clean up after yourselves.
Eating on a carpeted is prohibited and any evidence will incur an extra minimum $20 fee. (ie crumbs, sticky substances, etc)
