Lone Rose Cottage

Welcome to southern Illinois! Our cottage is located on our second farm across the road from our home farm. It is suitable for families with children or just a couple seeking lodging in a quiet country setting. Not rustic or elegant, just an old-fashioned cozy place to relax. We are conveniently close to I-57 and 64 and located between the towns of Mt. Vernon and Benton. Close by is the beautiful Rend Lake for nature lovers and those wanting outdoor recreation. There are also several Mennonite congregations nearby which would welcome you to join them if you are staying over a weekend and need a place to worship. We look forward to your stay!
