There are many wonderful things to do here; such as kayaking, swimming, or ice-skating at the lake, fishing in the trout streams, hiking or riding the many gravel roads and trails around Black Moshannon State Park. It’s also close enough to State College just in case you need something at Walmart or don’t feel like cooking and would rather enjoy a good restaurant. There’s also several beautiful golf courses and a nice ski slope to enjoy. Of course there’s always the Penn State / Beaver Stadium if you’re into football. Way too many opportunities for just one weekend! $150 per night minimum (progressive pricing-see rental agreement) Nightly Fee: $20.00 per Adult.(13+) $10.00 Per Child(3-12) 2years and under are Free. Minimum of $150.00 per night. Day fee: $10.00 per person applies to those visiting for the day and not staying over night. Plus $200 professional cleaning fee per booking. One of our favorite activities as a family of seven, is spending time outdoors enjoying God's creation. One of our favorite places to do this, is our little log cabin just outside of State College. We've made many wonderful memories here, and we're happy to open it up to others who also want to get time away and enjoy the outdoors. There are many wonderful things to do here; such as kayaking or swimming at the lake, fishing in the trout streams, hiking or riding the many gravel roads and trails around Black Moshannon State Park. It's also close enough to State College just in case you need something at Walmart or don't feel like cooking and would rather enjoy a good restaurant.
