Second-floor, one-room apartment with private entrance, bath, microwave, and mini-fridge. Stairway of 17 steps from parking area to apartment. Bed-space for 2 adults, sleeping bag space for 1-2 children. Harbor view from porch. Six-block walk to lite rail. Municipal shuttle transit available by appointment. Both connect with Tacoma buses to SEA-TAC airport and Seattle.
We’ve been MYW hosts for about 15 years and have traveled as guests for about 40. As retired teachers, we like to read, sing, hike, fish, play games, teach, and visit grandchildren.
